I. Choosing the Right Apples:

Choose sweet and mild apple varieties such as Gala, Fuji, or Golden Delicious, which are well-suited for baby food due to their natural sweetness and smooth texture.
II. Preparation and Cooking:
Wash and Peel:
Thoroughly wash the apples under cool running water to remove any dirt or residue.
Peel the skin using a vegetable peeler to ensure a smoother consistency for your baby’s delicate palate.
Remove the Core and Seeds:
Slice the apples in half vertically.
Use a spoon or a small melon baller to remove the core and seeds from each apple half.
